How an Agent can Find Applications on the upgraded IremboGov.

This outlines an easy-to-follow guide for agents to find applications on the upgraded IremboGov platform.


Note: 

  • Unlike the previous Irembo platform, agents now have a separate portal. Ensure you are signing in to the designated portal for agents.


Follow these simple steps to find an application on the upgraded IremboGov platform:


  1. Visit the Agent portal and log in with your credentials.

  1. Once logged in. Click on the “Find Applications” Link.


  1. You will be redirected to a page where you can search for an application with different filters including; National ID, Bill ID, Application Number, and Passport Number. Use your desired filters, enter their credentials in the input section then click Search.


  1. Once you select a filter and input the corresponding credentials for searching an application, you will now be able to see the status of that application.



Note: 

  • If the application is approved and paid for you can download the certificate and receipt.
