An agent must have access to their email address to reset their password.
Follow these simple steps to reset your agent account’s password:
Visit the upgraded IremboGov portal designated for Agents.
Click on Forgot password.
Enter your email address or phone number, then click on reset password.
You will receive an email or text message with instructions on how to reset your password.
Using a phone number: Enter the OTP (One Time Pin) sent to your phone number.
Using an email address: You will receive a password reset link to your email. Click it and follow the instructions.
Create your new password and make sure to follow the criteria written below to set a secure password. Click “Reset password” to continue.
After successfully resetting your password you will receive a confirmation email with a link to login into your agent account.
