This outlines an easy-to-follow guide for agents to edit their Frequently Used Services section on the homepage of the IremboHub platform so they can access services quickly. By adding your featured services, you can quickly and easily access the services you need most often.
Note: Unlike the previous Irembo platform, agents now have a separate portal. Ensure you are signing in to the designated portal for agents.
Follow these simple steps to edit your Frequently Used Services on the upgraded IremboGov platform:
Visit the Agent portal and log in with your credentials.
Once logged in. Click on the “Add your featured services” link.
A side window will appear with a list of different services to edit (Add or Remove) to the Featured services.
Search for or select the category in which the service you are looking for is then select the service from the service. Click “Apply” to save the changes.
You can now easily access your preferred service(s) much quicker.
