How an Agent can help a User Renew their e-P.O Box Address.

This service enables ePoBox address holders to renew their personal or business postal addresses, extending the validity by one year. If the address has expired, the renewal term starts from the payment date. For active addresses, the renewal term begins immediately after the current expiration date, ensuring continuous service without interruption. 

The processing time is 5 working days and the pricing depends on the case. 

Prerequisites:

• Companies must have valid TINs.

• Applicants must have a valid phone number.

Follow these easy steps to help a user renew their ePoBox address.

1. Visit the Agent portal and log in with your credentials.

2. Search for the service by name in the search box and click the link. 

3. Alternatively, you can find the service under the “Postal Services” category. Click the link “Renew e-P.O Box Address.”

4. Read the service description and click “Apply now” to start the user’s application.

5. Enter the phone number associated with the user’s e-P.O Box (individual or company); the price will automatically be reflected below

6. Then click “Continue.”

7. Review and confirm the user’s information. Then, add the user’s preferred number and email for SMS/email notifications about the progress of their application.

8. Click the checkbox on the right-hand side panel to confirm the accuracy of the information, then click Create Application. 

9. You will be provided with a bill ID so the user can make their payment. Click “Pay and Submit.”

Note:

• After successful payment, the user will be notified within a few minutes after their ePoBox has been registered, and they can proceed to use it and download their certificate.
