This service allows ePoBox address holders to update the physical location linked to their personal or business postal address, enabling them to receive and manage their mail and packages from a new postal branch of their choice. To maintain service consistency, postal branch changes can only be made once every three months.
The processing time is 5 minutes, and the service is free.
Note: Unlike the previous Irembo platform, agents now have a separate portal. Ensure you are signing in to the designated portal for agents.
Prerequisites:
Companies must have valid TINs.
Applicants must have a valid phone number.
Follow these easy steps to help a user change their e-PO box address.
Visit the Agent portal and log in with your credentials.
Search for the service by name in the search box and click the link.
Alternatively, you can find the service under the “Postal Services” category. Click the link “Renew e-P.O Box Address.”
Read the service description and click “Apply now” to start your application.
Enter the user’s phone number and the applicant details will automatically reflect below. Select the new postal branch.
Then click "Continue.”.
Review and confirm the user’s information. Then, add the user’s preferred number and email for SMS/email notifications about the progress of their application.
Click the checkbox on the right-hand side panel to confirm the accuracy of the information, then click Create Application.
Note:
After successfully completing the application, the user will be notified within a few minutes after their ePoBox address has been changed , and they can proceed to use it and download their certificate.
